Why is inner peace important
Growing through conflict is a challenge. However, it can be learned. We live in a wild society – literally and figuratively – that we have no real control over. There’s no point in getting all worked up over something you can’t control!
So why do we let the world dictate our happiness when we have the power to find peace in chaos every minute of every day? You don’t need to go on an elaborate retreat to discover inner peace. It’s always been inside of you. Now it’s time to tune in and embrace it.
When you start to feel triggered, that’s when inner peace comes in handy. Inner peace is about tuning into your inner calm and embracing a deep awareness no matter where you are. When you can tap into this serene feeling at any given moment, you’re always at peace.
In order to find peace in chaos, we have to respond in a more positive and loving way. It’s really time to let things go and find peace for peace’s sake. Don’t you think? Now let’s get into the nitty-gritty and chat about 5 empowering ways to get peace of mind.

When something unexpected and stressful occurs, always remember to take a pause and think before you react. How can you choose peace over chaos? Here are 5 methods you can use immediately.
One of the most beneficial things you can do to calm yourself and tune into that inner peace of yours is to breathe. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Keep breathing until you’ve found your focus and you don’t feel angry or reactive.
Another useful technique is to balance your root chakra energy and get grounded through movement, meditation, sound, and crystals. Our root chakra is our foundation that drives stability. When this is in alignment you’ll feel more at ease and in line with your soul’s purpose. Try a few or all of these things to help you find balance:
Meditation can come in many forms. There are guided meditations, breathwork, sound, affirmations, and moving meditations. Find what works best for you at each moment. I find breathing exercises, sounds, or affirmations to be an easy way to find peace in moments of chaos. Also, a morning and night routine that incorporates one or multiple meditations can be extremely helpful over time. At the very least, get outside and connect with nature! It’s quite healing.

If you’re in need of additional support, try using crystals! Wear them as jewelry, keep them in your pocket, or around your home when you need a calming touch. A few recommended crystals for grounding are Tiger’s Eye, Black Obsidian, Red Jasper, and Black Tourmaline.
Seek Support from the Archangels
Whenever I’m in despair, I turn to my Dream Team – the Archangels! These are spiritual beings and God’s or Source’s closest advisors. Each Archangel has a unique role and purpose to protect humanity and guess what?! They’re here to guide us! One of my favorite Archangels to turn to in difficult times is Archangel Raguel, the Archangel of Harmony. Call upon him to bring you calm and peace within yourself and with others. No matter the situation Archangel Raguel can help you overcome any conflict!
